Calculator Pro+ for iPad App Reviews

Experiencing some lag on my 5th gen iPad. Also ads pops up when you think you are pressing on numbers. Got some good features but I think Ill stick with phones default calculator.

Don’t bother downloading “free” version is completely unusable. There are consistent FULL SCREEN ads, not good in the middle of calculating things. The app also crashes and glitches due to the amount of spam. This app is basically an ad channel with a calculator background.

Don’t ever hijack my screen again, DELETED

Was great... now, FULL screen ads pop up and cannot be exited... IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR CALCULATIONS. Really? You literally cannot use the calculator until you watch all or part of a full screen ad. I will not upgrade this app.... I’ll pay for a different app.

I understand the need for ads for support, but this is ridiculous. The app should be called harassment for free on the iPad.

I was okay with the banner ads. Now there are full screen ads, and it’s too frequent and annoying. After using this for many years, I’ve deleted it.

By my calculations...it’s GREAT ?

Have loved this app, but now it has become so ad-packed, it isn’t usable. Ads now take up to 30 seconds to allow you to get an X to click them off, making using this program a long and tedious process. Am uninstalling after years of use, it is so unusable. Three quick calculations took over 5 minutes because of the ad interruptions. In response to the developer comment: saying you are releasing a knowingly buggy version with ads does not instill confidence that if I buy the paid version it will be better. I don’t mind buying apps. But I tend to base purchases on whether the developers have decent apps I can try for free during a trial period. The fact this app has gotten worse tells me the programming is not improving, and suggests money on the paid version would be wasted money.

I have had this app for about a year and a half. Over the past 3 months when I use it, ads pop up right in the middle of doing a calculation. It is incredibly frustrating and I will no longer be using this calculator.

Last few days the pop up ads that are full screen have made it impossible to use. Downloaded Calculator! And so far it is much better.

This has alway been an ad-supported app, but lately, the frequency with which ads appear is infuriating. It switches over to Safari, and opens an ad-bearing tab, about every 10 seconds. It’s impossible to be productive with this app anymore.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It seemed like every other function I was performing on this calculator, I was the “winner” of something or other. The other ads, I could deal with because I could close out of them immediately, but those ads that say I’m a winner, take me over to safari before I can stop it. I’m getting another calculator that I hope is more respectful than this one. Too many ads

Can’t use. Shameful that Apple does not have a built in calculator for the iPad. This app is full of intrusive pop up ads. Not usable

Ads hijacks the app in mid calculation. There is no attempt by developer to integrate ads while retaining functionality. Therefore it is either a willful disruption for ad revenue or incompetent coding.
