Calculator Pro+ for iPad App Reviews

Totally bombards you with ads and pop ups...opens safari and goes to scam pages. I dont leave many reviews, only when they are exceptional. This app is horrible.

I open the app, it opens an ad in safari. I do one calculation, it opens a pop up ad. One ad after another makes this app completely annoying and unusable.

Holy cow, I don’t think I have ever seen an app that throws up so many ads. I would say it’s a ridiculous amount of ads, but this is so far past ridiculous that you can’t even see the ridiculous point that you passed far behind you. I hope this company rethinks how they are going about making income. Full page ad popups right in the middle of a calculation? That doesn’t say “We care about our customers”. I would buy the no-ad version of the app from them, but not after the experience with the horrendous ad supported version. It’s too bad. I wish Apple would just allow the iPhone calculator app to be used on the iPad. Suggestion for this company: give your customers a good experience with the ad supported version so they want to buy the non-ad supported version. But I suspect you make far more money on the ad supported version since it relentlessly hits you with ads...forever. And get rid of the full page ads. They really aren’t appropriate for a simple calculator app.

This is a perfect example of pay per review. Certainly not a monetary outlay, but pro version for five star review. Hit one number — pop up for winner of Amazon gift card. Tried to finish equation, pop up to install their other app. Hit enter to receive answer, pop up for amazon gift card winner. My iPad is not infected, it was bought yesterday. Just an epic joke to have a 4.5 Star review to suppress the real reviews. Almost criminal. Welcome to late stage capitalism folks.

I tried to perform one calculation, and was interrupted by four ads before I could finish. I would have reported this app to Apple as the links that open in Safari seem to be a phishing scam, or some type of malware. I wouldn’t trust this app, do not download it.

Cant use it for more than 1 entry before all these adds come up!!! Hated it!

Add are full screen ridiculous,deleting now

The first annoying thing is the dis that pop up immediately and prevent you from using the calculator. Then if you do not take some action writhing 5 seconds it takes you out of the app and drops you in the App Store hope you will their stuff. Sorry I haven’t got rid of this app sooner.

Look, devs deserve some compensation for their work, so I don’t mind paying a few dollars for apps I need. But if the free version forces full screen ads, auto switches apps to open safari to open an ad in there, making it nearly impossible for me to use it for calculations, I’m not even going to consider buying the paid version. I would have happily paid for the full version if there was simply an unobtrusive ad on the calculator itself, but this app is more ad than it is calculator. I’m not a fan of devs basically annoying you into paying money to get rid of said annoyance. I don’t even know if the app was good or not, the ads literally prevented me from using it.

I used this app for a while until it started spamming a bunch. Not just the normal pop-up ads, but would open up safari to random ads/pages. Decided to switch to something else.

Never got all the pop up ads before. I am going to delete this app and try to find a new one.

Stop that crap!

Impossible to use without a pop up ad taking you to the App Store while punching in numbers. Deleted and never using again.

I rarely write comments but the ads in this app are so bad it almost makes the app unusable. A shame really because it could be good. I finally deleted it because it was so annoying. I know it is free but it still has to be usable

Trying to use this app is silly. You are constantly bombarded with ads. If you like hitting x to close windows or the back to the calculator app arrow to get out of a ad on safari... this is the app for you, otherwise find another one.
